Progress is being made against Covid with people returning to their employment and re-adjusting to their new ways of working – no longer in busy bustling offices but at home, working often in silence and solitude. Without interaction with others people often become a little too introspective which can lead them on down many paths, quite often the path of self-doubt which can become darker the longer the path is trodden.
If this sounds like you, do not fear, there are opportunities to seek assistance to make sense of your thoughts, see them in a more compassionate light and understand the reason they have come in to being. You need no longer be alone, reach out and contact a counsellor and start accepting yourself, as Winnie the Pooh once said “The things that make me different are the things that make me, me.”
